Fall Arrest Netting – OI Glass, Brisbane.
The team from Kerrect installed fall arrest netting onsite, to allow for the safe removal of the OI Glass building’s roof. Throughout installation, the factory was able to operate as normal.
Objective:
Providing fall arrest for roofers, in the absence of safety mesh
Outcome:
The astute Kerrect team were able to replace the entire roof, on time and on budget.
Benefits:
Roofers can now move freely, without the need for fall arrest harnesses and lanyards. The production line remained open during the entire works and as a result, saved the company over $1m in potential lost production.
