Multiple spandrel panels were exhibiting signs of water build up. As a result, the experienced team from Kerrect removed the panels and replaced them, without the need for cranes or scaffold.

To safely remove 31 glass spandrel panels, via Industrial Rope Access.
Benefits
Most of the car park remained open throughout the project. Additionally, the budget remained modest through the avoidance of cranes and scaffold. Although it was a technical job, the expert Kerrect team were able to complete it, with minimal impact on the building tenants.
