Kerrect: Height Safety, Rope Access & Safety Netting Specialists
Kerrect is a leading specialist in safe work-at-height solutions, combining height safety, rope access, and safety netting expertise across New South Wales and Queensland. For over two decades, our engineering-led team has helped protect people and assets on high-rise commercial projects and infrastructure sites. Whether it’s installing roof anchor systems, abseiling onto building facades, or rigging construction netting, we deliver compliant fall protection systems and access solutions without the cost and disruption of scaffolding. In short, Kerrect is the go-to expert for working safely at height and we back that up with years of experience, industry accreditations, and a hands-on, personal approach.
Comprehensive Height Safety Systems
Kerrect’s height safety services cover everything from handrails and ladders to roof anchor points and fall-arrest lifelines. Our qualified engineers design, install and certify custom guardrail and anchor systems tailored to each building’s needs. All work is done to Australian standards and covered by full inspections and certifications, so building owners maintain compliance. In fact, Kerrect has been specialising in height safety since 2002, becoming the “go-to experts for working on and accessing buildings safely at height”. Our teams routinely install fall-arrest and restraint systems, permanent roof ladders and walkways, and any other equipment needed for safe access and maintenance of commercial buildings.Skilled Rope Access Services
Our industrial rope access technicians provide a fast, flexible way to reach difficult areas on tall structures. Using certified abseiling techniques, we perform facade inspections, window cleaning, exterior painting, concrete repairs, and other maintenance tasks high above ground. This approach avoids expensive scaffolding or lifts, saving time and money on commercial building maintenance. Kerrect has been offering rope-access repairs and maintenance since 1999, when we first recognised the agility and safety of rope work over traditional access methods. Today our rope-access teams handle jobs of all sizes from simple leak fixes to complex high-rise projects, delivering safe, efficient access for clients in Sydney, Brisbane and beyond.Reliable Construction Safety Netting
For overhead fall protection and debris containment, Kerrect provides construction safety netting solutions. We design and install netting systems to catch falling materials, allow safe work beneath, or even fully encapsulate a building during construction or refurbishment. Our safety-net experts pioneered netting in Australia, becoming the first fully qualified safety-net installation service. We still innovate new netting methods from suspended debris nets to permanent containment screens so that workers and passers-by stay safe. By integrating netting with our other fall-protection systems, Kerrect ensures that even on large, complex sites, every worker can literally go back to work without a scratch.Experience, Accreditation & Compliance
With over 20 years in the industry, Kerrect has a track record of excellence and compliance. Our management and technical staff hold degrees in civil and structural engineering, building studies and WHS, meaning every solution is engineering-checked. We are prequalified under major contractor safety systems (CM3, Avetta) and code-compliant with national construction safety codes. Our commitment to quality is proven by certifications from leading safety organisations. In practice, this means Kerrect not only designs and installs safety systems, but we also inspect, test and certify them annually to keep our clients fully compliant. Clients know they can rely on our certified, fully insured systems – as one project manager noted, “Kerrect were excellent… professional… great to work with”.Meet the Kerrect Leadership Team
Kerrect is driven by a small, hands-on leadership team with deep on-site experience. Craig Rowland, our director, has led Kerrect for 20+ years, bringing civil engineering expertise and a passion for problem-solving. His favourite projects include pioneering rope-access work on the Sydney Harbour Bridge and overseeing a record-setting safety-net roofing project. John Crabtree, Operations Manager, has over 15 years at Kerrect handling project estimating, logistics and procurement for height-safety installations. He thrives on bespoke, challenging jobs – like high-rise glass-panel replacements – and insists “if you’re going to do a job, do it properly.” Andy Foden, Solutions Manager, with more than 5 years at Kerrect, leads our technical innovation and client liaison. Under their direction, every project is planned with both technical rigor and a client-first attitude.Local Expertise: Sydney, Brisbane & the Gold Coast
Kerrect’s roots are in Sydney, but we’ve grown to serve all of NSW and Queensland. In 2017 we formed a dedicated Queensland team after strong demand on the Gold Coast and Brisbane. Today we operate from bases in Sydney (Alexandria) and the Gold Coast (Burleigh Heads) and mobilise to projects anywhere from Newcastle to Noosa. This bi-state presence means local clients benefit from fast service and regional knowledge. Whether it’s a high-rise in the Sydney CBD, a stadium upgrade in Brisbane, or a marine facility on the Gold Coast, Kerrect’s crew is ready with the right equipment and expertise. Why Choose Kerrect?
